Description

The Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) seeks to contract, on a statewide basis, with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) to provide managed care services to beneficiaries enrolled in Indiana’s four Medicaid Managed Care programs: Hoosier Healthwise, Healthy Indiana Plan, Hoosier Care Connect, and Indiana PathWays for Aging (“PathWays”).
