Description

This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is for the manufacture, construction, assembly, supply and delivery, field testing, warranty, and commissioning of a 400A, 600/347V, 3 pole, 4 wire automatic transfer switch on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure. The scope includes detailed design, manufacture, assembly, testing, packaging, delivery to the Owner's storage location, and supervision for future installation including commissioning and warranty services. Bidders must provide warranty certificates, operation and maintenance manuals, start-up logs, load bank testing results, and factory testing documentation prior to award. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest compliant total price bid. Delivery is to Marysville Place, 20 McGloin Street, Fredericton, New Brunswick.
