Description

The City of Jackson, Mississippi, through its Department of Administration Purchasing Division, is soliciting proposals for a modern, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The system will support municipal operations including Planning & Development, Permitting & Licensing, Building Inspections, Code Enforcement, Project Tracking, Grant Monitoring, Stormwater Management, and Public Works asset and service request management. The selected vendor will provide both the software and implementation services, including training, data migration, reporting, analytics, and ongoing support.
