Disinfection and Pest Control Services for BIA, Chinle Agency HQNOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Chosh Adin Consulting LLC emergency decontamination and pest control services for the BIA, Chinle Agency Headquarters, Chinle, AZ, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).
