This opportunity invites qualified operators to provide Concessions and Bar Services at two community centers in Prince Edward County. - Government Buyer: - Corporation of the County of Prince Edward - Prince Edward Community Centre (PECC) - Wellington District Community Centre (WDCC) - Services Requested: - Concessions and Bar Services for PECC and/or WDCC - Proposals may be submitted for one, multiple, or all parts of the contract - Municipality reserves the right to award based on any combination of parts, per scoring criteria - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Equipment: - No products, part numbers, or purchase quantities specified - Unique Requirements: - Flexible bidding structure (individual or combined parts) - Awards determined by scoring criteria, not strictly lowest price - Focus on qualified operators for food and beverage service operations

Description

The County is seeking proposals from qualified operators to provide Concessions & Bar Services at either the PECC and/or the WDCC. There are three parts to the award under this RFP, and proponents may submit a proposal for any one part, a combination of parts, or all parts. The municipality reserves the right to award the RFP based on any one or combination of the parts, in accordance with the scoring criteria set out in this RFP. Proponents shall account for the award of individual parts in their proposal.
