Description
The U.S. International Trade Commission has scheduled expedited five-year reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on steel grating from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The reviews are part of investigation Nos. 701-TA-465 and 731-TA-1161 (Third Review). The Commission found the domestic interested party group response adequate and the respondent interested party group response inadequate, leading to expedited reviews rather than full reviews. Written comments on the determination are due by October 21, 2026.
