Description
The International Trade Commission has scheduled expedited five-year reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty orders on steel nails from Malaysia, Oman, South Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam, as well as a countervailing duty order on steel nails from Vietnam, would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The reviews are part of investigation numbers 701-TA-521 and 731-TA-1252-1255 and 1257 (Second Review). The Commission determined that expedited reviews are appropriate based on the adequacy of domestic interested party group responses and absence of other circumstances warranting full reviews.
