The restrooms include Men's, Women's, Gender Neutral, and Ablution Rooms, with architectural modifications required for ADA compliance. Janitors closets near toilet rooms have been altered to facilitate ADA compliance. The project requires execution of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) by the lowest responsive bidder and all subcontractors. Submission of a detailed EOI package is required by the due date.
