Description

The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS) is seeking information and interest from vendors who provide on-site and virtual audiology services, including diagnostic hearing testing, treatment hearing aids, and otolaryngology services for the incarcerated population. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information on vendors' capabilities to test, diagnose, and treat hearing issues using their own equipment. Vendors would also be responsible for procuring, dispensing, maintaining, and repairing hearing aids, as well as providing patient education. This is an informational inquiry and not a solicitation for contract award.
