Description

Setting Up for Success (SUFS) is a one-year workforce development pilot designed to establish structured linkages between higher education institutions, community-based organizations (CBOs), and employers to support ORR-eligible populations in accessing career pathways aligned with New York State labor market needs. The program will serve approximately 225 participants across the Capital Region and Hudson Valley through integrated workforce training, contextualized English language instruction, and comprehensive case management supports.
