Description

This solicitation is for inspections and preventative maintenance of building emergency generators at Louisiana Tech University. The awarded vendor will perform scheduled services including annual and semi-annual inspections and maintenance, as well as emergency services on a 24/7 basis. The contract will be a blanket purchase order from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with options to renew for two additional one-year periods. The vendor must be a licensed commercial contractor with electrical classification and maintain required insurance. A 5% bid bond is required.
