Description

The Ministry of Justice is seeking a service provider to deliver specialized services in Agile and IT methodology, including roles such as Scrum Master Advisor, Senior Agile Coach, and IT Methodology Coach. The contract covers a period of 36 months with an option to extend for two additional years. The procurement is conducted through a competitive open bidding process and is subject to trade agreements including WTO GPA, CFTA, and CETA. Only providers with required qualifications, established in Quebec or applicable territories, and who obtained tender documents from SEAO are eligible. An ISO 9001:2008 or 9001:2015 certification is required if the bid amount is $2,000,000 or more.
