This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals for a comprehensive, scalable, user-friendly, and integrated Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) to support current operational needs and enable expansion of capabilities. The system should improve data accessibility and enhance efficiency across health and safety processes. The successful respondent will provide a commercially supported SaaS HSMS platform meeting specified functional and non-functional requirements. The contract duration is estimated at 35 months, starting December 1, 2026.
