NOTICE OF INTENT: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) on behalf of the Science and Technology (S&T)  Directorate Office of Enterprise Services intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to American Chemical Society located in 2540 Olentangy River Road Columbus, OH 43202 in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 12.102(a) for American Chemical Society All Access Subscription Services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 519290 – Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services. The Product Service Code is 7630 – Newspapers and Periodicals.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotations and is for informational purposes only. A Request for Quote is not available be available for this requirement. However, any information received will be considered by the Government on future acquisitions.
