   MDC Brooklyn is providing public notice of the contract award for the procurement titled East Building Boiler Control Upgrade at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) Brooklyn. In accordance with FAR Deviation 6.103-1(d), it was concluded that only one responsible source was reasonably available to provide the unique brand-name supplies and engineering services required to satisfy the Agency's specialized requirements. The contract has been officially awarded to Miller Proctor Nickolas Inc. in the total amount of $336,500.00 under Contract/Order Number 15BBR026P00000108.
