Description
RCO Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation to provide Small Arms Maintenance Courses (SAM31) to USAREUR soldiers for USAG 7th ATC, CATC Grafenwoehr. This requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using the commercial item procedures in FAR Part 12. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), requirements type contract. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION Grafenwoehr, Germany. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 09/20/2026.
The contract is being solicited as a follow-on to the current effort Requirements Contract number W912PB-24-D-3007 awarded to Central Texas College (CTC). The solicitation will have be a contract with a Period of Performance of 1 year Base and four (4) 12-month Option Years (5 years total).
