This opportunity is for the modernization of security systems at Beale Air Force Base, specifically for the 548th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 548th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group, Beale Air Force Base - OEMs and Vendors: - Honeywell (primary manufacturer of VINDICATOR IDS/AACS panels) - Products/Services Requested: - Upgrade of approximately 18 Honeywell V5 panels to Honeywell V6 panels - Includes AACS control units, PIVClass Credential Readers, HSS Alarm Contacts, PIR/MW Motion Sensors, network hardware, cabling, and software - All equipment must be compliant with ICD 705 security standards - System evaluation and design services - Installation of upgraded equipment - Training for security staff on hardware and software features - Warranties for installed systems - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Integration with the 9 SFS Base Defense Operations Center - Contractor must provide a project execution plan, downtime estimation, and escort requirements - All technical solutions must meet ICD 705 compliance - Training and warranty support are mandatory

The purpose of this sources sought is to notify the industry of the USAF intent for contract action and to request the following information:

We are conducting market research to determine if your company can fulfill the requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Need (SON). Please reference the attached SON for the exact details and specifications of the required services and items. Most importantly, please explicitly state your estimated period of performance (Days After Receipt of Order - ARO). If you have other suggestions for NAICS/PSC please feel free to annotate on your response back.

The proposed contract action is anticipated to be issued as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Interested parties should submit a capabilities statement, any relevant past performance indicators pertaining to IDS Vindicator Upgrade to SrA Emmanuel Casem and SSgt Jacob Duderstadt.
