This opportunity is for upgrading secure video teleconference (VTC) systems in the Intel Conference Room at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 56th Operations Support Squadron (56 OSS), 56 OPS Group, Luke AFB - 56th Fighter Wing (56 FW), Intel Conference Room, Building 810 South, Luke AFB - Products and Equipment Requested: - One SAP VTC system with dual-screen functionality (codec and camera provided by government) - One SAP L5 system with dual-display functionality for SCI/SAP operations - Two SAP PCs with dual-screen output for TS/SCI/SAR/SAP classification levels - One new credenza to house SAP systems - One secure KVM for additional input - One 15-inch touch panel for AV control - Services Requested: - Site survey prior to bid proposal - Engineering and programming (AMX control system, coordinated with government project manager) - Installation services including labor, tools, supplies, cabling, connectors, and adherence to TEMPEST standards and Buy American Act - Unique Requirements: - System must comply with TEMPEST standards for secure communications - Must support future expansion and integration with existing AV and audio systems - Conference room may be inoperable for no more than five consecutive business days during installation - Installation must be completed within 45 days from award - 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 541519 - Quotes must remain firm through the end of September; funds not currently available - No specific OEMs, vendors, or part numbers are mentioned; government will provide codec and camera for VTC system.

Description

Luke AFB, AZ has a requirement to upgrade the secure video teleconference equipment at the intel squadron. 

This is a set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Busineess only.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

The Government requests quotes remain firm through September 30, 2026. If market volatility prevents this, clearly state the maximum length of time quote pricing can be held.
