Natural Gas Leak Detection and Traffic Signal Assessment Services at Travis Air Force Base

Travis Air Force Base is seeking contractors for two distinct infrastructure assessment projects: - Natural Gas Leak Detection Survey: - The Air Mobility Command's 60th Contracting Squadron requires a comprehensive survey of approximately 197,490 linear feet of natural gas distribution lines across commercial, industrial, and residential areas. - Contractors must provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and personnel necessary for the survey. - The scope includes both detection and subsequent repairs, with multiple line items for each. - New equipment is required, and vendors must submit a Technical Capability Statement. - No specific OEMs or equipment brands are named. - Compliance with base security and wage determination provisions is required. - Traffic Signal Upgrade Site Survey and Assessment: - The 60th Civil Engineer Squadron requests a site survey and condition assessment of ten traffic signal intersections across multiple buildings. - The assessment covers controllers, cabinets, signal heads, pedestrian signals, detection systems, conduits, cabling, poles, lighting, and signage. - Deliverables include a detailed report with photos, recommendations, system schematics, maintenance manuals, and review meetings. - Contractors must comply with federal, state, and local codes and provide a one-year warranty on work. - No OEMs or specific vendors are mentioned in the solicitation or attachments. - Both opportunities are set aside for small businesses and require compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Description

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and personnel necessary to perform a Natural Gas Leak Detection Survey on approximately 197,490 LF of the natural gas distribution system in the commercial/industrial areas and residential areas of Travis AFB, California.
