The U.S. Air Force at Little Rock Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to deliver managed, high-speed Wi-Fi internet services for all permanent party dormitory buildings. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 19th Airlift Wing, 19th Contracting Squadron (Contact: Jonathan Reed) - Department of War (DoW) also referenced in attachments - Scope of Work: - Provide turnkey managed Wi-Fi service (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload) for resident rooms and common areas in 18 dormitory buildings - Includes installation, operation, maintenance, and network management - Equipment/infrastructure installation required for all dorms - Service must be free to military personnel - 24/7 customer support and network security aligned with federal and DoW standards - Deliverables: project management, security plans, installation reports, quarterly performance reports - Products/Services Requested: - Monthly Wi-Fi service for each dormitory building (12 months per building per year) - Equipment/infrastructure installation (one lot covering all buildings) - Unique Requirements: - Technical capability statements and past performance documentation required - Contract is unrestricted with small business set-asides - Incremental funding for buildings undergoing renovation (Bldgs 718, 846) - Period of Performance: - 12-month base period, four 12-month option years, and a final 6-month extension (up to 66 months total) - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; solution must meet federal and DoW security standards.
