This opportunity is for a major construction contract supporting U.S. Navy operations in Spain. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, NAVFAC EURAFCENT (Naval Facilities Engineering Command Europe Africa Central) - Scope of Work: - Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Multiple Award Construction Contracts (IDIQ MACCs) - Up to five contracts awarded for construction projects primarily in Rota, Spain - Total contract value up to $495 million - Projects include new construction, renovations, alterations, demolition, repair, and design for airfield, industrial, infrastructure, administrative, training, retail, food service, munition storage, and community support facilities - Both vertical and horizontal construction - Initial Seed Project: - Combat Aircraft Parking Apron expansion at Moron, Spain - Expansion for nine new aircraft parking spots (or three B-52 spots loaded) - Installation of ten new fuel pits and piping - Relocation of Civil Engineer Storage Complex (covered and open storage) - Environmental protection and spill control measures - Extension of munitions roadway - Relocation of overhead electrical lines to underground duct bank - Apron high mast lighting - Notable Requirements: - Task orders will range from $8M to $87M - Seed project period of performance is approximately 1,038 calendar days - No specific OEMs or products are named; focus is on construction and infrastructure services - Period of Performance: - Base contract period of 3 years, with 5 one-year option periods - Seed project duration is about 1,038 days after notice to proceed
