Description

IAW Attachment 1 - Statement of Work, Contractor shall furnish a cost proposal to provide all labor, materials, equipment,  supervision, and incidentals necessary to increase cooling capacity in nine insect rearing rooms within Building 543000B067 at the USDA Center for Grain and Animal Health Research (CGAHR) in Manhattan, Kansas. This requirement includes the installation of nine (9) 24,000 BTU ductless mini‑split systems, associated electrical and mechanical work, and integration with the existing Johnson Controls METASYS building automation system. Contractor shall provide a detailed cost proposal which demonstrates unit priced labor and materials costs. The contractor shall work with the site personnel to ensure project is accomplished in a timely manner.
