The U.S. Department of the Treasury is seeking comprehensive event management, production, and logistical support services for two high-profile G7 Finance Track meetings in 2027. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of the Treasury (Departmental Offices) - Scope of Services: - Integrated event management, production, and logistical support for G7 Host Year - Destination management and transportation services - Venue sourcing, room block management, food and beverage, receptions, meeting rooms, audio/visual production, transportation, security, registration, financial management, gifting, and local vendor coordination - Products/Services Requested: - Room blocks for 30-175 rooms per event - Catering for 175 attendees per event - Reception food and beverage for 175 guests per event - Multiple meeting and auxiliary rooms (plenary, bilateral, work, hold, lunch, nursing mother, prayer, security, first aid, press, family photo) - Event production services (A/V, staging, lighting, signage, interpretation equipment) - Transportation management (airport/hotel transfers, shuttles, executive transport for 100-300 participants) - Security support (access control, credentialing, coordination) - Registration and credentialing (secure system, participant tracking) - Financial management (vendor payments, room block funding, invoice reconciliation) - Gifting (sourcing and delivery of high-quality, locally sourced or American-made gifts) - Destination Management Company (DMC) services (local logistics, cultural activities, off-site venues) - Key Staffing Requirements: - Program Manager, Hotel and Venue Manager, Transportation Manager, Event Production Manager, Credentialing and Registration Manager, On-Site Operations Staff - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Flexibility for changes and high-profile diplomatic event support - Secure handling of personally identifiable information - Responses must be submitted in Microsoft Office compatible formats - Emphasis on locally sourced or American-made gifts - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; only services are requested.

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to find capable vendors to support the Department of Treasury with destination management services/transportation services. VENDORS MUST REVIEW THE ENTIRE REQUIREMENT AND SHALL ONLY RESPOND IF FULLY CAPABLE OF SATISFYING ALL ASPECTS OF THE REQUIREMENT.

This is an RFI for market research purposes, and not a solicitation.

I.             SCOPE SUMMARY (see DRAFT SOW for requirement details)

The Statement of Work (SOW) is to establish a solution for the Department of Treasury to plan, coordinate, deliver, and manage all services necessary to support the requirements for the event described in Section 3 of the Statement of Work (SOW).

II.            ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

The anticipated period of performance of the resultant award will range from February through May, inclusive of the dates shown in section 3 of the statement of work.

III.          ADDITIONAL DETAILS

NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information, or a copy of the solicitation, will not be considered an affirmative response to this Request for Information. Telephone responses or inquiries to this Request for Information will NOT be accepted.

Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC) will consider responses received no later than 3:00 PM ET, September 3, 2026, as submitted in writing to starla.kalb @treasury.gov and paul.white2@treasury.gov. Please include “RFI: 2099CJ26N00001, Group of Seven (G7) Host Year Integrated Event Management, Production, and Logistical Support- SK/PW” in the subject line.

Questions about this RFI will not be entertained, as a vendor pool is all that is being sought at this time. Questions and Answers will be fielded during the RFQ period in the future. Quotations will not be accepted at this time.

Qualified contractors must provide the following:

The name and location of your company, contact information, and identify your business size and socioeconomic category. Please ensure contact information includes the name of the point of contact, email address, and telephone number should the Government have questions regarding individual responses. The GSA contract or other vehicle your services are available through, including the schedule/GWAC number, NAICS Codes, and applicable SIN. Submissions should include sufficient evidence clearly demonstrating a vendor’s capability. Responding vendors shall provide a general capabilities statement that includes a description of their standard line(s) of business, information outlining their experience, along with a technical narrative addressing each specified requirement in the PWS.

The following file extensions are not allowable and application materials/data submitted with these extensions cannot be considered: .bat, .cmd, .com, .exe, .pif, .rar, .scr, .vbs, .hta,, .cpl, and .zip files.

Microsoft Office compatible documents are acceptable.

No other information regarding this Request for Information will be provided at this time.

This notice does not restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. All firms responding to this notice are advised that their response is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties are required to respond to any resultant solicitation separately from their response to this notice, should one be issued.
