This opportunity from the National Park Service seeks replacement and upgrade of turbidity meters at the Lake Creek Water Treatment Plant in Oregon Caves National Monument & Preserve. - Government Buyer: - National Park Service, Oregon Caves National Monument & Preserve - Point Reyes National Seashore office - OEM Highlight: - Hach Company is the specified manufacturer for all major equipment - Products Requested: - Three Hach TU5300sc turbidity meters (two self-cleaning, one basic cleaning head) - One Hach SC4500 controller - Approximately twenty linear feet of sample tubing, isolation valves, flow control valves, and fittings - Services Requested: - Removal of existing meters and valves - Installation of new meters, controller, tubing, and valves - Electrical integration, system startup, calibration, and commissioning - Hands-on training, site-specific SOPs, O&M manuals, shop drawings, and calibration documentation - Optional: Up to three years of quarterly calibration and certification services (Hach Field Service Partnership Plan) - Unique Requirements: - Equipment must comply with EPA Safe Drinking Water Act and Surface Water Treatment Rule (SWTR) regulations - Installation site is remote, requiring manual transport of materials and coordination with trail access and shutdowns - Hach-certified technician required for inspection, calibration, and operator training - Optional service plans for ongoing calibration and certification - Period of Performance: - Base installation to be completed within 60 days - Optional service plans available for up to three years post-installation
