The U.S. Coast Guard Sector Delaware Bay is seeking a contractor to fully replace 15 showers at its Philadelphia facility. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Coast Guard, Sector Delaware Bay - Contract managed by USCG Training Center Cape May, NJ - Scope of Work: - Complete removal of 15 existing shower stalls - Installation of 15 new showers - Proflo (or equivalent) fiberglass shower pans - Waterproof cement board - White subway tile and grout - Spackle and paint - Moen (or equivalent) diverter valves and chrome trim - One handheld faucet shower head per shower - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and project management - Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm EST - OEMs and Vendors: - Proflo (or equivalent) - Moen (or equivalent) - Products/Services Requested: - Shower renovation and replacement services for 15 units - Unique Requirements: - All materials must be Proflo and Moen or equivalent - Project must be completed within 90 calendar days after notice to proceed - 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS 236220 - Site visits available by appointment - Contractor must ensure qualified personnel and project management - No specific part numbers provided; all technical details in the Statement of Work (SOW).

Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision and other items and services necessary to replace 15 showers in their entirety. All details are included in the SOW.
