Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0845 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the performance of Multiomics Analysis.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul.
This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code (NAICS) is 541940. The small business size standard is $10.0 Million All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination Number 2015-5357 for Clay Center, NE is applicable and is attached.
The Agriculture Priorities and Allocations System (APAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this solicitation.
