Description
Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) is seeking an independent contractor to verify that the Power Auctions software correctly implements the final auction rules in accordance with the Policy and Licensing Framework for Spectrum in the 26 GHz and 38 GHz Bands. The contractor will develop and implement software based on the rules for the mmWave auction to test and validate the Power Auctions software during acceptance testing and verify the final allocation of auction results. If discrepancies are detected, the contractor will work with ISED to identify causes and recommend solutions. The contract period is estimated to be 29 months, ending March 31, 2029.
