Description
The City of Lewiston is soliciting sealed proposals for lead abatement at 227 Blake Street. The work includes complete paint removal, encapsulation, enclosure, and/or whole component removal of lead-based paint hazards as identified in the lead-based paint inspection report. The project also involves incidental work necessary to complete the project as outlined or implied in the Design Specifications. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled onsite on September 1, 2026, at 9 am. Proposals must be submitted by September 15, 2026, at 2 pm, and emailed or faxed proposals will not be accepted.
