Description

The City of Barrie is seeking a qualified service provider to support its participation in Clean Fuel Regulation (CFR) credit generation, management, and compliance activities. The selected proponent will provide a comprehensive solution including program eligibility assessment, registration, account management with the CFR Credit and Tracking System (CATS), compliance reporting and monitoring, coordination of third-party verification, and monetization of credits through the CFR marketplace.
