Description

The Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified organizations to provide Bulk Buy Dump Trucks (Single Axle and Tandem Axle) to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). The contract period shall commence from the fully executed Resulting Agreement through one year. All dump trucks purchased from this RFP shall be delivered no later than December 31, 2027. MoDOT anticipates purchasing 45 - 65 dump trucks total. Proposals can be submitted electronically through MissouriBUYS powered by MOVERS or by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. Hard copy bidders must notify the buyer five calendar days before closing. Email submissions are not accepted.
