Description

The Department of Health (DOH), Hawaii State Hospital (HSH), is seeking a contractor for the monthly maintenance and servicing of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in the Hale Ho'ola and lower campus buildings on the grounds of Hawaii State Hospital. The contract includes thorough maintenance work, inspections, and repairs to the air conditioning chill water equipment across the entire Hawaii State Hospital campus, including the New Patient Facility, Building Q, and Guensberg building. The contractor is responsible for all labor, parts, materials, tools, lubricants, refrigerant, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for the complete inspection, maintenance, and repairs. The contract also requires 24-hour emergency service with a response time within two hours for emergency calls and follow-up repair service.
