The Town of Needham is seeking qualifications from Engineers, Architects, and Designers to provide a Feasibility Study and Design Services for the replacement of rooftop units (RTU) and roof at Needham High School. The scope includes schematic design options, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration with cost estimates at each stage. The design team must be led by a Mechanical Engineer and include disciplines such as Architecture, Structural, Roofing, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Acoustical Engineering, and Cost Estimating. The initial phase fee shall not exceed $150,000, with future phases to be negotiated.
