Description

The Northwest Independent School District is soliciting qualifications for a Construction Manager at Risk (CM@Risk) for the Steele Early College High School Renovations & Addition project. The selected Construction Manager will assist with cost evaluations, constructability reviews, scheduling, and oversee subcontractor implementation, ensuring adherence to Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages.
