Description

The Northwest Independent School District is soliciting qualifications for a Construction Manager at Risk (CM@Risk) for the Steele Early College High School Renovations & Addition project. The selection will be conducted through a two-step process, beginning with a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) due by September 3, 2026, followed by pricing submissions. The selected Construction Manager will assist with cost evaluations, constructability reviews, scheduling, and oversee subcontractor implementation, ensuring adherence to Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages. The CM@Risk may self-perform portions of the work, which will be subject to the same proposal procedures as subcontracted work.
