The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Health, Bureau of Medical Marijuana, is seeking a vendor-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for a comprehensive Medical Marijuana Seed-to-Sale System. This system will document, monitor, and track every stage of the growing, transferring, possessing, processing, testing, and dispensing of medical marijuana in accordance with Pennsylvania's Medical Marijuana Act. The contract will be firm fixed-price with an initial term of four years and four one-year optional renewals. Proposals must meet Small Diverse Business (SDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals and be submitted electronically by October 8, 2026.
