This solicitation is for furnishing and delivering bulk liquid oxygen and performing an annual technical inspection of the City-owned liquid-oxygen storage and vaporization system at the City of Waco Dissolved Air Flotation Facility. The contractor is responsible for providing all product, transportation, delivery labor, cryogenic transfer equipment, hoses, fittings, documentation, technical assistance, safety equipment, annual inspection labor and instruments, and other necessary materials and services.
