Sealed proposals for trade contracts addressed to the City of Stamford Purchasing Department will be received by Erik Larson at 888 Washington Blvd., 10th Floor, Stamford, CT, 06809 by 11:00AM local time on September 30, 2026. Immediately following, all bids will be opened publicly in the Café on the 4th Floor and read aloud. A Prebid Meeting will be held at the existing Roxbury Elementary School on September 9, 2026 at 4:30PM and is mandatory for 2.02 Abatement and Demolition Bidders. Bidders are responsible for examining existing conditions affecting their work and are strongly encouraged to attend the applicable Prebid meeting.
