On-call Instrumentation & Controls Services for Water, Wastewater, and Solid Waste Systems

The City of Watsonville Public Works & Utilities Department is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) services for its Water, Wastewater, and Solid Waste systems. - Scope of services includes: - Programming, upgrades, troubleshooting, and documentation for SCADA systems - PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming, integration, and commissioning - System cleanup, field modifications, and wiring organization - Instrumentation calibration, configuration, testing, and replacement - Control system design, architecture, and networking integration - Drawing, tagging, and documentation updates - Testing, startup, commissioning, and operator training - Firms must demonstrate expertise with municipal water and wastewater control systems - Compatibility with Aveva Intouch HMI 2023 platform and evaluation of OEM-specific components required - Emergency support must be available 24/7, including holidays - Compliance with City safety, site-access, and insurance standards is mandatory - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; firms should be able to work with a variety of OEMs and components - The City will establish a pool of qualified firms for task orders based on qualifications and expertise

The City of Watsonville Water and Wastewater departments are seeking qualified firms to provide on-call Instrumentation and Control (I&C) services for Water, Wastewater, and Solid Waste systems.
