This Request for Qualifications (RFSQ) invites respondents to provide detailed responses to Turner to evaluate expertise and financial capacity for constructing the Pantry and Youth Center Upgrade project. The scope includes structural upgrades, interior renovation, exterior improvements, mechanical, electrical, lighting, and accessibility upgrades for the SNYC Youth Centre, and renovation of approximately 2,250 SF pantry with new spaces and upgrades. The contract duration is estimated to cover the full length of the contract including extensions. Submissions must be made via the BC Bid Electronic Submission system.
