Description

This solicitation is a Notice of Intent issued by the Ministry of Forests for the replacement of Tree Farm Licence (TFL) 58. The replacement TFL will have a term of 25 years and allows for the harvest of coniferous timber from the area identified on the overview map, covering the same land-base as the existing TFL with substantially the same timber rights. The TFL 58 is located on the north end of Moresby Island, in the Haida Gwaii Natural Resource District. The Forest Act requires TFLs to be replaced no later than every 10 years. Submissions must be made electronically via BC Bid by pre-authorized bidders.
