Tarrant County is requesting quotes for PREA audit services for the Juvenile Services Department. The audit must be conducted by a vendor possessing a current and valid PREA Auditor certification issued by the DOJ. The scope includes pre-audit review, onsite audit, interviews, document review, and reporting, with all audit activities conducted in accordance with 28 C.F.R. 115.401-405. The auditor must complete the onsite audit within two to three consecutive business days and prepare the final audit report within 45 days of the onsite audit.
