Description

This solicitation is for the design-build replacement of Trommel Screen No. 2 at the Inland Empire Regional Composting Facility (IERCF). The work includes engineering, design, demolition, removal and disposal of the existing trommel screen, and furnishing and installation of a new trommel screening system. The project also involves replacement or modification of associated conveyors, feed system, chutes, supports, platforms, stairs, walkways, access components, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, instrumentation, controls, and SCADA integration. Additional tasks include testing, startup, commissioning, operator training, record drawings, warranties, and all appurtenant work necessary to provide a complete and fully operational system.
