This Draft Request for Project Proposals (RPP) aims to identify new vaccine platforms for the BARDA Medical Countermeasure (MCM) portfolio. The program seeks to advance these platforms through initial manufacturing and nonclinical capability demonstrations to identify technologies that are safe, effective across multiple infectious disease threats, and support development and manufacturing for rapid response during national health security incidents.
