Walton County Board of County Commissioners (Public Works) is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive roadway striping and pavement marking services throughout Walton County, Florida. - Government Buyer: - Walton County Board of County Commissioners (Public Works) - Scope of Work: - Installation, replacement, maintenance, removal, and restoration of various pavement markings and traffic control devices - Includes painted and thermoplastic pavement markings (standard, solid, skip, message, arrow, preformed) - Solid traffic stripes (painted and thermoplastic), removal of existing markings, and installation of reflective pavement markers (Type B) - Products/Services Requested: - Painted pavement markings (yellow/white, solid/skip, various widths) - Thermoplastic pavement markings (yellow/white, solid/skip, message, arrow, preformed, various widths) - Removal of existing thermoplastic markings - Reflective pavement markers (Type B) - Roadway pavement marking services (installation, maintenance, removal, restoration) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with FDOT Standard Specifications, FDOT Design Standards, MUTCD, and all applicable regulations - Contractors must provide proof of registration, licenses, certifications, insurance, financial responsibility, and relevant experience - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to all qualified contractors - Services are provided on an as-needed basis; no minimum quantity or expenditure is guaranteed - Submission via e-Procurement portal is required

Description

This project involves providing all labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, and supervision necessary to perform roadway striping, thermoplastic pavement markings, reflective markers, and related pavement-marking services throughout Walton County, Florida on an as-needed basis. The contract is initially for two years with a possibility of renewal. Work must conform to FDOT standards, MUTCD, and all applicable regulations and includes installation, replacement, maintenance, removal, and restoration of various pavement markings and traffic control devices.
