This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Lone Star College System for consulting services to assist in the design, architecture, development, and implementation of a Career & Transfer Solution. The solution aims to create a unified, institution-owned digital ecosystem that connects students to educational attainment, career readiness, workforce opportunities, transfer success, internships, apprenticeships, employer engagement, and lifelong alumni involvement. The project includes developing an institution-owned user web portal that integrates with existing third-party applications and a new enterprise data warehouse to support analytics and reporting.
