Description
The Town of Vienna is seeking proposals for the installation of temporary metal crowd control barricades along Maple Avenue from Center Street to Branch Avenue, and a portion of Center Street, during the Halloween Parade. The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for installing these barricades to ensure the safety of parade participants and attendees.
