Description

The project involves replacing the existing 18 MVA, 69/15 kV transformer and realigning the connection to the distribution bay structure at Substation 10. The work includes relocating an existing 15kV breaker, replacing two steel switch stands, draining and removing the old transformer and its pad, removing the breaker, switch stands, associated foundations, and a section of cable trench. The contractor will also install a new oil containment system, transformer, breaker, steel structures, GOABS, and associated foundations, including lifting the new transformer from a temporary pad to a permanent pad. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 3, 2026, at 10:30 am.
