SRPSD is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive front-load waste disposal and recycling collection services for its schools and support facilities. - Government Buyer: - Saskatchewan Rivers Public School Division No. 119 (SRPSD) - Scope of Services: - Supply, maintenance, and scheduled collection of three, four, and six-cubic-yard waste and recycling containers across multiple school and facility locations - Routine and on-call waste and recycling collection, including emergency/same-day lifts - Transportation of waste and recyclables to authorized disposal or processing facilities - Administrative, reporting, safety, and customer service support - Products/Services Requested: - Waste containers (3, 4, 6 yd) and recycling containers (4, 6 yd) supplied and maintained - Detailed collection schedules per location, with frequencies ranging from weekly to every four weeks and annual lifts specified for each site - Additional services: container delivery/removal, relocation, size exchange, replacement, cleaning, contamination handling, blocked/inaccessible container management, extra material handling, overweight charges, landfill/disposal fees, recycling processing fees, surcharges, and other specified charges - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all containers, maintain them, and ensure clear labeling for recycling - Emergency and routine on-call collection services required with specified response times - Detailed reporting and customer service standards - Compliance with safety and environmental standards - Transition and mobilization plans required upon award - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to qualified waste management and recycling service providers - Estimated contract duration: three years, with up to two optional one-year extensions - Pricing adjustments for renewals may consider CPI and cost changes
