- Fire truck must be a current model, manufactured specifically for fire service use - Supplier must provide full parts and service support within 24 hours - Preference for a sole manufacturer for cab and chassis - Compliance with NFPA standards is mandatory - Warranty period of at least one year from system acceptance - Supplier must adhere to the City’s Supplier Code of Conduct - Pricing is firm for the initial term, with annual adjustments based on the Consumer Price Index - Delivery to the City’s Fleet Services depot, FOB destination, including all freight and taxes - Strict confidentiality, data protection, and vaccination requirements for supplier personnel
