The Local Government of the City of Fredericton is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a roster of up to five qualified suppliers to provide human resources advisory and consulting services on an as, if, and when requested basis. The services required include support in workplace, organizational, labour relations, employee relations, classification, compensation, policy review, investigation, and related advisory assignments. Proponents must submit proposals for at least two advisory service streams and may submit for additional streams. The roster aims to supplement internal capacity and provide access to broad multidisciplinary capability and specialized human resources expertise. The Local Government may award agreements to up to five proponents, with no guarantee of work volume or minimum value.
