Description
Rancho California Water District is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the construction of approximately 2,200 linear feet of new asphalt roadway over an existing dirt roadway on District-owned property. The project includes subgrade preparation, placement of 5 inches of compacted hot mix asphalt, roadway tie-in to existing pavement, pavement edge backfill and compaction, testing, and seal coating of approximately 22,500 square feet of existing asphalt pavement. Bidders must provide separate lump-sum pricing for a 12-foot-wide Base Bid and a 15-foot-wide Alternate Bid, with the District awarding one of the two alternatives.
